Located in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood within the new Andaz hotel in Mexico City, Derba is a delicate, comfortable and colorful concept. A relaxing and ideal space to hang out with friends or simply enjoy the best matcha in the city.

For this project we developed the naming and brand design process, which is based on art deco and the golden age of the Condesa neighborhood, taking as inspiration the figure of Mimi Derba, the first Mexican film director, an icon of her time.

The logo integrates art deco typography and the concept through the inclusion of the matcha leaf, with a range of greens that rhyme with the use of pink in the furniture and a slogan that reinforces the concept, helping to clarify the offer. of the place.
